I advise those who want to take pro plus to keep them alert during the day not to take it anytime after 9 in the evening because through experience it will effect your chances of being able to fall asleep normally. I took a pack of pro plus away with me when I went to reading festival a year ago; I knew I'd be lacking sleep during the weekend and I wanted to make the most of it. It only takes 2 of the little tablets every 3 hours and it definitely helped and its worth trying if your working something like night shifts or if your going out in the evening and want to prevent yourself from feeling tired as the night progresses. Usually I only take pro plus occasionally or on the odd occasion that I've missed out on sleep the night before and have a long day/night ahead but I've never experienced any bad effects from taking the tablets like sickness or head achs. The packaging is small and light weight and will easily fit into a small bag and comes with a leaflet inside containing what the tablets are for, when they should be used, how they should be taken, how to be stored and precautions. Pro plus is also easily available from most chemists and superdrug/boots stores.
