I was up in Inverness from Glasgow for a night out. We were drinking a lot aswell but no more than any usual weekend. I was drinking Tonic wine which has high caffeine levels and took in excess of 15 tablets, this actually served me well for the night out and I was feeling good considering it was the second night of heavy drinking in a row with not much in the way of sleep. Again though, i will reiterate that this is normal for me and I do it every weekend. The next day was a different story though. I was sick every 5 minutes ALL DAY. This is the Monday and I can not hold anything in my stomach for more than 5 minutes when I am violently sick and often produce blood. I have been shaking since yesterday morning and feel like I could feint at any moment. Yesterday was the worst of my life and I genuinely considered suicide on the way home.

I cannot convey in words how bad I felt yesterday, the comedown off these pro plus is worse than any class A drug and I dont think I will be able to eat for the next few days. These side effects should be advertised on the side of the box as they are incredibly dangerous. I will probably lose my job due to this as I am on a temporary contract with an agency aswell.

In good measure these are great and can really help, but never EVER go over the suggested amount as it will make you feel worse than you considered possible. I fear that I have done long term damage to my body and hope that no one ever has to go through what I went through. This may sound over the top but it does not start to describe the pain and illness yesterday brought.

Summary: Im never going to go within 5 feet of them at Tesco!
