I have a lot of problems with muscle and joint pain, ever since a car hit me on the way to Junior School. I use this product most days of the week prior to going to the gym. It is extra beneficial especially during these cold winter months where your joints and tendons can get really cold and thus become sore and stiff. The objective of Radian B isn't to cure the joint/tendon pain or even to relieve it for that matter but what it does do is heat up the targeted area and then allows a greater range of motion is the joint.
