Advantages: Cheap, easy to apply and gets to work fast

Disadvantages: Doesn't last long, can leave a lingering menthol odour,

I use this product most days of the week prior to going to the gym. It is extra beneficial especially during these cold winter months where your joints and tendons can get really cold and thus become sore and stiff.

The objective of Radian B isn't to cure the joint/tendon pain or even to relieve it for that matter but what it does do is heat up the targeted area and then allows a greater range of motion is the joint.

Just simply massage in the gel into the intended area which for me is the elbow, make sure you have applied enough, you will know as soon as the skin starts to warm up slightly. One con to using this product is the super strong menthol smell of the rub. It is like Vicks amplified by 10.

This heat stays in the area for maybe an hour or so, so long enough to perform exercise or if you need to do something more physically demanding.

If you are looking for all day relief then you will have to keep applying it every few hours in order to keep the area warm, what i have found also helps is to then wear a long sleeved top over the elbow and then use a sports wrap to keep the compression and heat on that area. But ultimately if the pain is very bad and this spray does not help, then you may well need to see a Doctor for something stronger.
