They are very sweet- this is becaus ethey are full of sugar, so you may need to watch it if you have senstive teeth, or are on a sugar monitoring diet. They are also made from calcium carbonate which supposidly is meant to take out the acid burn.
I havent really found these make a big difference, I suppose they help a little but in reality I think when you eat or suck on a mint after you eat, you will also produce saliva which will help to calm the acid heart burn just like thi...more |

Iget acid indigestion from time to time and take these to help. I like that they are chewy and taste nice, but dont know if they actually really make much of a difference. They do seem to have a relaxing effect in that they are mint flavored and mint is a cooling calming thing to eat after a buisy day or hecktic mean when your likely to get indigestion.
