You cannot not like Rennies. A medicine that I actually look forward to taking because they taste so fine. Unfortunately, it is not recommended to snack on them, so you have to wait for feelings of indigestion to arrive. Of course you can deliberately eat a big meal to give you the excuse to have one, but that would quite mad.

A pack of 72 tablets will cost between three and four pounds. They are designed to be taken when you have tummy pains, heartburn, excess gas and bloated feelings. Basically, anything to do with the tummy and not feeling right. They come in a range of flavours, which means you can pick the right ones for you. I like them all, especially these Spearmint Rennies.

The taste is subtle enough to make them taste pleasant and it is rather like having a light mint. The taste is akin to a spearmint polo or a soft mint, less abrasive and very unassuming. When you chew on a Rennie you will notice a cloud texture to begin with, but the cloudy feel is not yucky. It is not dusty and is again more like eating a sweet. You are supposed to take a couple of these when feelings of upset tummies kick in.

When we went on holiday this year, I had one nearly every night. When your body start consuming three course meals each night your system cannot handle it, so I was getting bloated every night. Though I didn't feel sick, I would still have some of these to to take the edge off the pain and each time they brought relief. The relief arrives within half an hour and the initial heartburn dies down. It has to be noted that a glass of water aids the consumption as well. Fast working, good taste and good price, I recommend them!
