Of late I've been getting alot of muscle pain throughout my body. I work out really hard in the gym and just really been getting bad aches. I know it's nothing serious as such but sometimes it gets so bad I'm scared of going to the gym and with a gym membership to uphold I have little choice and know I need to work through said aches! I don't like taking tablets but to get me through, from time to time I do take pain killers and the other day was one of them days.
