As this is still just a single belt it still lacks the ability to be used for different joint misalignment on each side of the pelvis, all this belt does is compress the entire pelvic ring and not address misalignments in different directions. I didn't know enough to worry about this at the time I bought it but I now know just squeezing the pelvis together randomly isn't the answer. However for some people who are in alignment and just need a bit of extra compression this kind of belt should suffice.

So after my unsuccessful experience with the Serola SI (Sacroiliac) belt I started looking for a slimmer version that would fit under my clothes and not be obvious. The one I found that I liked the look of was the Saunders SI belt and it was also less expensive at £18.00. In the picture above the square patch in the middle is a sacral pad, I didn't bother with one of those and just bought the belt. The Saunders SI belt is only a couple of inches wide so it's slim enough not to rub on the skin around the hips when you sit and bend.
