... late I ve had really bad insomnia. I know why though! I have neighbours from hell! Avon Sleeptherapy Sleep Balm ... bought this a few months back for my partner as he has great difficulty in getting to sleep most nights, which also results in me having greatt difficulty getting to sleep to!! If he s not fidgiting and kicking his feet around, he s dragging the duvet off me (grrrrrr)! I only paid £1 for it but it s usually priced at £2.50. You get a little 10ml tub of a white coloured balm. I can t quite describe the scent, there isn t a strong smell of anything but there is something..... Quite a nice smell though all the same! Sainsbury's Sleep Aid Herbal Remedy ... I really struggle to get a good nights sleep and have tried a range of different herbal products before such as Kalms or Nytol. However these products are quite expensive and I find they are a bit hit and miss as to whether they help me get to sleep or stay asleep. So this time I thought I would save a bit of money and get Sainsbury s own brand. For just under three pounds you get sixty sleep tablets packaged in a small box. The box is two shades of blue which is nice and calming. The tablets contain a mixture of hops, valerian and passion flower. Kalms ... are a herbal remedy made from plants, which claims to calm nerves and anxiety and help you deal with stress. They come in tablet form and cost about three pounds from Boots, supermarkets and so on. I still have some left. They should be fine for anyone aged over 12 apart from pregnant and breasfeeding women, but of course, check if you are concerned. They taste OK, just swish them down with some water, you are meant to take two tablets, three times a day. I mostly did that.
