Kalms: ... work for me. It could be that they only work for mild cases of anxiety, and mine is too much (I actually have stress and depression as a diagnosis) but I never notice any difference when takeing these. They are also not cheap- ok so you do get alot in a box, but if they dont work and you have just paid good money from them, its an own goal, you have spent money on a product that does not have an effect. 	Natrasleep1 ... don t know what s wrong with me lately, but I have had a lot of trouble sleeping. I ll admit I do some strange shifts at work - one day shift which can start any time between 6am and 1pm, followed by two eleven hour night shifts.
