I only know of three real ways to stop this - surgery to remove tissue from the back of the throat, a CPAP machine (face mask that pumps air into you at night) and a 'mandibular advancement device'. Other ways such as sprays, rings, nose strips and so on do not work for me or, I am sure, for the vast majority of people. Wow what a product,it works ive tried all the other sparys&strips etc,my partner doesnt shout at me anymore,if you are like me a snorer then grab one of these,they do the job,after a couple of days as it gets used to your mouth&you too get get used to the snormender,it just pops straight in,,teeth are slightly sensitive upon removal but it soon goes away,,this product is the biz and is worth the £50.00,,when i took it out of the box i looked at it and thought yeah right thets another £50.00 ive squandered on snoring remedies,i couldnt of been more wrong,it works for me.

It amazes me how many people still put up with a snoring partner when there is such a good solution as a SnoreMender. I know that in my case, my wife was really reluctant to make an issue of my snoring and it was only because I felt so guilty about waking up to find my wife had deserted me for the sofa that I did some internet searching to find a solution.
