Solpadeine is available not just in tablet form but as a soluble tablet, and i usually keep a good stock in. I hate swallowing tablets, so the soluble ones are great, if you suffer regular with migraine i find they work brilliantly.
I do however disagree with the advertising campaign where people are stating that they have been using them for years as it makes them seem like addicts.
Solpadeine like any other painkiller can be addictive so should be used wisely and only taken when needed.
They are very effective but as is always true regular headaches should be checked out with your doctor just in case.
