I have had continuing sleep problems since the start of the year and it is not something new to me. Midway through 2010 I tried a lot of similar products to this when I went through the same phase with mixed results and sadly I am back experimenting with a different range of pills to get to sleep. I refuse to go down the route of getting medical sleeping pills as the risk, dangers of addiction and side effects worry me so I always try herbal methods and such like. Sleep used to be something that I excelled at - pop a dvd on and I tended to be zonked out within minutes. A time I view with rose tinted glasses, as, folks, this has recently been shaken up. My work pattern has been changed and sleep has retreated into hibernation. As this is a temporary situation, I decided to pop into my local chemist (Boots) and see what they have over the counter to remedy this new found zombie state I find myself in.
