Sudafed is a must have when you have the snots!! (Sudafed)

Advantages: It always helps me breathe and the tablets are easy to swallow

Disadvantages: I have never experience any. although i always take non drowsy variety

Well , I swear by Sudafed and so does the rest of my family, we have been using these tablets for at least about three-four years ......whenever i have any cold or flu like symptoms I always get sudafed and it 9 times out of ten sorts me out....i prefer the non drowsy variety although they have just brought out a new one i think its called sudafed extra (not 100 percent sure though)and thats quite good as well.

At the moment i am sat here with a stinking cold and i took a sudfed about two hours ago and at the time i could hardly breathe out of my nose, but after taking the sudfed its at least helped me breathe through my nose, I always team this up with vickes and a decongestant spray (oxymetazoline) and it normally always sorts me out quite quickly along with all your normal routines of plenty of fluids, fruit, veg etc etc.

I would reccomend Sudafed to everyone, it may be slightly more expensive then some supermarkets own brands but it definatly works 100 percent better.

Summary: Helps clear your nose and sinus's and can be a great relief from those horrible winter colds!!
