I was very unfortunate over the Christmas period to be struck down with a real nasty virus. It has been a long time since I felt that unwell and I really was struggling with everything, eating, sleeping, and general energy levels. So much so that I sent my other half to the chemist for me to try and get me something for my symptoms. He ended up coming back with a box of Sudafed Day and Night capsules. I had previously tried some paracetamol and Ibuprofen tablets but was still feeling really poorly (The end result was a new Inhaler and antibiotics by the way!) so I was willing to give anything ago! I'm someone whose sinuses get blocked up everytime I get a cold leading to that horrible pressure headache. I normally keep my medicine cabinet well stocked up with various decongestants but when I ran out I had to go to Asda to see what was on offer. I decided to try Sudafed day and night capsules as Sudafed is normally a really reliable brand. I seem to recall the pack of 16 capsules costing around £3. These capsules are different from normal decongestants as inside the pack there are 12 capsules desined to be taken during the day and 4 to use at night.
