I was very unfortunate over the Christmas period to be struck down with a real nasty virus. It has been a long time since I felt that unwell and I really was struggling with everything, eating, sleeping, and general energy levels. I'm someone whose sinuses get blocked up everytime I get a cold leading to that horrible pressure headache.
