It's so sore (and on such a sensitive bit of the body!), and every time they pee (which is pretty often when they are little) it inflames the rash. I had never heard of Sudocrem, one of the most popular creams around and I was all new to it. I first came across it a couple of years ago when a friend of mine used it for nappy rash on her baby and she swore by it so ever since I have kept a tub of it in the cupboard for emergencies.
