Sudocrem is a popular changing bag necessity for all parents. Babies can suffer from nappy rash at any time but mainly as a result of teething, weaning and by being on antibiotics.

So this is where Sudocrem would be used. It has a water repellent base which forms a protective barrier to stop any irritation. It also contains lanolin which helps to sooth the sore skin.

Having use it in the past with my daughters I remember the nappy rash only taking a few hours to start easing up once the Sudocrem had been applied.

Sudocrem is available in the following pack sizes: 400g pot, 200g pot, 125g pot and a 30g tube. I also have a 15g pot which I got in my bounty pack after having my son. I keep this sized one in our changing bag as its just the right size!

Sudocrem can also be use for other afflictions, and is not just for babies! It can be used for cuts and grazes, sunburn, eczema and even acne.

I have used it myself when I get the odd spot on my chin, I just put a big dab of it on before I go to bed and by morning the spot has started to shift.

I also have very mild eczema and if I ever get a small flare up Suocrem does the trick rather than using a steriod cream.
