Advantages: it can be used for more than just nappy rash
Disadvantages: it makes a real big mess if your kids get hold of it :¬)
Sudocrem is one of those must haves in your nappy bag or medical box, sudocrem can be used for a number of things from nappy rash, eczema and bed sores to sunburn, minor burns, surface wounds and acne.
It is water-repellent which forms a protective barrier so for the likes of nappy rash it will stop any irritation; it also leaves the skin feeling soft.
The ingredients put into sudocrem are put together to help the healing process and to stop it from getting any worse.
Sudocrem is mainly marketed at mothers as it is such a good product to use as most children will not be allergic to the ingredients.
As a mother I have often used sudocrem for nappy rash but also for eczema which both my boys have, it stops the itching straight away.
The cream itself is white and very easy to use you don't need alot of it but it does go along way, just rub in until almost not visible and job done.
Sudocrem is really easy to come by, your local supermarket or pharmacy should have it and its really cheap, just one pot of sudocrem (125g) should last you a week or more so you'd definitely get your moneys worth.
Alway keep out of reach from children as they will have fun with it, it shouldn't be used near eyes, your mouth or nose and please read the ingredients as you may be allergic.
I would recommend this to everyone not just mothers.
Summary: great stuff
