I am a mum to twin boys, but before having my boys I used Sudocrem on myself with small cuts and grazes. My Mum introduced me to this cream (otherwise I would never have thought to go and buy it ) she also told me she used it with me and my brother when we were babies for nappy rash etc.

So when I found out I was pregnant I stocked up on a few large tubs of Sudocrem, its not very cheap the smallest tub is over £3 and the biggest I think is nearly £7 in places such as Boots Stores, you can also get it in your nearest chesmist etc as it is a popular cream to use. But I would say it is definitely worth the money. The colour of it is white, and it smells very clean. I have always been told by doctors, health visitor to use this cream liberally, and I find using plenty of it works best, so no need to be shy with the cream at all.

I've been using it alot lately as my twins are cutting their teeth like crazy, and I find when their teeth are coming through their bums turn red raw, with open sores and a rash covering their poor little bums. Theres nothing worse for a mother than to see her child in pain, and I knew that their sore bums were making them extremely uncomfortable and nervous to move. I had bought myself two big tubs of Sudocrem so knew I had enough to last me a while so when changing their nappies regularly I used Sudocrem liberally all over their bums. It worked brilliantly for them and for me their bums cleared up, but I had to keep using it, as with many medicines and creams etc.

I found if I applyed it all day with every nappy change and for when they went to bed at night their bums would be so clear the next day and they would be in no pain at all. So because I've had such a great experience using Sudocrem I reccomend it to anybody, especially people who have children young or old as it can be used externally on all, so for bums and nappy rash to small cuts and grazes. My personal experience of it is it heals very minor cuts and grazes quickly, and helps soothe nappy rash and clear it.

Summary: A reccomended cream for people of all ages
