Sudocrem not just a nappy rash cream!
This cream is mostly known to help a babies bottom with the horrid nappy rash! But it can be used for alot more, so it's not just for babies but for children, adults and the older generation.

The antiseptic healing cream can also help you with- Eczema, Bed sores, Sunburn, Minor burns, Surface wounds, Acne & Chilblains.

You only need to use a thin layer so a pot will last you quite a long time. Sudocrem comes in different sizes, 125g For £2.63, 250g For £3.90 From Boots The Chemist.
They also do a 30g tube which is easy to take away on your travels, though i haven't seen one of these yet.

Sudocrem helps to reduce the risk of infection and it doesn't hurt to put on the affected area. The mildlocal anaesthetic helps to soothe the pain, it also has a protective barrier to help it heal.
The main ingrediant is a Zinc Oxide Ph, It also contains a lavender fragerance.

Sudocrem is a must have in your medicine cupboard!
