Advantages: Can be used on various ailments, smells nice, affordable
Disadvantages: Can leave a residue on skin due to consistency
I have always found that Sudocrem is a good product to always have in the house, purely because it can be used to treat a whole number of ailments.
The Packaging
This product comes in a grey tub. It has a white sticker on the front which has Seducrem written on it in red. It also has a list of the things that Sudocrem can be used to treat. The lid of the Sudocrem pops on and off easily. On the back of the tub there is a the list of ingredients and also the directions for use.
Sizes
This product comes in 4 sizes, 60g, 125g, 250g and 400g.
Uses
I have used this product for when I have sun burn. When I have been on holiday and my face gets a little bit too much sun, I rub some Sudocrem over my cheeks and it has a really cooling effect which is pleasant on the sunburn.
I have also used this product on cuts as it also doubles up as an antiseptic cream.
A friend of mine uses Sudocrem for her eczema and it is the only cream that clears up her eczema so its also very effective for that.
It can also be used on nappy rash.
Texture
Sudocrem is white and extremely thick for a cream. When you use it, it doesn't really rub into the skin and leaves sort of a protective layer over the top (which I assume comes in handy when you use this product on nappy rash).. The cream has a slight scent to it although I can't really describe it, just smells clean I suppose.
Cost
The 400g tub I have at the moment cost me £6.50.
Summary
I would definitely recommend this product. I like the fact that you can keep one product in the house that has so many uses. It has been effective in treating my sunburn, any cuts I have had and my friend's eczema so this product gets a ten out of ten from me.
Summary: A miracle cream that every home should have
