This is my budget secret healer! Its the thing i reach for if i have been bitten, if i have spots or generally upset skin that needs calming.

What sudocrem say- Market leader nappy rash cream so good for angry bottoms! Clinically proven to help heal and sooth the skin.

How it works- Sudocrem is a barrier cream. It is water repellant so really provides a protective layer over the skin. It is also anticeptic, antibacterial and antifungal so helps with any kind of healing.

How i use it: If i get a spot i apply this thickly at night to the area. When i wake up in the morning the area is much less red and the spot is usually dried up. It really is a budget miracle worker.

Please note- This is a VERY thick white cream. I wouldnt recommend wearing this in the day as it would take you forever to rub in. So either use it in an area you cant see or overnight and wash off in the morning.

Really is worth a try if you suffer from acne
