Sudocrem works wonders. The few times that my daughter has had the first sign of nappy rash I have used this wonderful cream and the nappy rash is long gone. It really does get to work quickly and stops the inevitable upset that babies have when they get a nappy rash.

The price of a tub of sudocrem may seeem a little more than the stores own brands but a little goes a very long way! In my experience it is great value for money and is far more effective than some of the cheaper creams. All you want as a parent is the soreness on your childs skin to go away and this does the trick every time!
