I have been very lucky with both my daughters as neither have suffered many times from nappy rash. When it has appeared though, I dap this on at every nappy change and by the next day it has gone! This really is the best cream on the market as it works so quickly. Its not just good for nappy rash either. When my younger daughter was first born, I was permantly washing up bottles and as a result my hands started to crack. I rubbed in a little sudocream before I went to bed and it soon disappeared.

This really is a must for all households.....whether you have small children or not.
