I can honestly say that one of the best creams around on the market for nappy rash is sudo cream, non scented and easy to apply from the tub, doesnt wash off totally when in contact with moisture so as well as clearing up the rash it also forms a protective barrier against the skin.
Sudo cream can easily be wiped off however so is great and easy to use.
It is also ideal for cuts, dry skin and general moisturising.
Can be quite expensive, but is available on prescription but it works wonders.
