Tempo Tissues are the best tissues on the market. They do not disintegrate as other makes do - even the highly advertised Kleenex are rubbish in comparison. Tempo tissues are soft on sensitive skin and last longer than other brands. They survive and are even usable after machine washing, weepy films, and last for hours, even days with the runniest nose in town. I love them, especially the menthol ones (but why can't I find them anywhere?) They need to be better advertised and sold in more shops because for me - (someone with a big, continually running hooter) - they are an essential, and they are not always readily available in most supermarkets. So, Tempo, stop ... Read the complete review

I’ve just recuperated from a severe attack of rhinitis. Do you sympathise with me, do you think, “Poor woman” ? Nice of you, but it only shows that words of Greek and Latin origin sound impressive for the Anglo-Saxon ear, I’m not sure that you’d be feeling the same had I told you that I’d just come through a bout of running nose! When is a member of the work force allowed to call in sick? It depends on the workplace, I’d say, if I worked alone in an office or in a factory with lifeless machinery, a running nose wouldn’t be reason enough, but as it is my job to interact with people (pupils), it is. Yet not ... Read the complete review

I usually buy Kleenex Balsam when I need tissues but yesterday I was stuck with the local mega expensive chemist for all the supplies I'd need to help my cold. They were charging something stupid like £3.00 a pack of Kleenex and I hadn't got a lot of cash on me so I decided to leave the tissues and just use baby wipes and kitchen roll. When I was paying for my stuff though I saw a pack of 8 individual packets of Tempo tissues for just £1.00, making them 12p a pack which is a big difference to the 50p a pack the Kleenex tissues work out at. You get 9 folded tissues in each pack and the tissues are 4 ply so they are strong enough to cope with all the ... Read the complete review

The cold season (or for the men reading, the 'flu season) is upon us again and we will all (hopefully) be reaching into our pockets when the bug strikes. But what do we pull out? (cue sarcastic comments!)... You remember the advert. Just hold this tissue in front of your face whilst I squirt you with water. Whoops! It's a normal tissue and you just got wet, here try this one. Punter is then handed a "Tempo" tissue and the exercise is repeated save this time there is no soaking as the tissue holds firm. Wow! Forgive my sarcasm. The challenge presented by companies seeking a new marketing edge for their products must have worn thin by ... Read the complete review

Tempo tissues are normally cheaper than other usually well known brands. Recently I get them from Italy, because there is a large shop near our office in Milan selling this kind of stuff , I pay 1.25 Euros for a packet of 8 of them. Tempo tissues come in an easy to open plastic and in each of them you have 9 tissues, each fo them with 4 plies. they are surely robust enough for any use. The main reason fro me to buy them is that I suffer from hay fever in sprins until early summer, and because I travel a lot, I start getting hayfever in April in Europe and it lasts until early July in UK. In winter also, I may have running nose if not ... Read the complete review
