Tesco Paracetamol Caplets

To do this with annadin or neurofen would cost a ridiculous amount of money but with these you can arm your household (and cars) against pains for a few pounds. The packet advises one caplet to be taken up to 4 times a day but for a headache I think it is more effective to take two caplets and leave it at that. For worse pains I would recommend prescription pain kill...more

Premium Review Tesco Paracetamol Caplets: 'CAP' THAT PAIN! (958 words)

I have several health problems and suffer from pain every day. I regularly use prescribed painkillers, but as these tend to make me feel drowsy and horrible, I will try other alternatives first - usually paracetamol - to try and ward off any pain as much as possible. This doesn't always work though, due to the levels of pain I suffer from and sometimes I do need to give in and take the good old 'prescribed jobs'. This happens more often that not, actually. In addition to this though, my doctors have told me that a combination of two painkillers is more effective than taking just my prescribed painkiller, which I guess makes sense, so I do use a lot of ...  Read the complete review

One thing I constantly carry around with me is paracetamols. I get alot of headaches in general particularly in the warm heat we've been having of late for some reason. Also I suffer bad period pains and stuff like that and am generally not a very healthy person lol! Also lately though with a rigorous exercise regime I've started I get a lot of general aches and pains in my neck and muscles being a tad sore after stomach crunching and stuff. However the other day I had an 'accident'! Yep it was all drink induced sadly! I went out with a mate all dressed up for a civilised and quiet drink thinking it was safe to wear my new and gorgeous 5 inch platform heels. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tesco Paracetamol Caplets: Take a Caplet Not a Tablet (515 words)

I'm not one for taking a paracetamol at the drop of a hat and will often try and use other methods to stem more minor pains but there are some pains that you need to get rid of fast. Tesco paracetamol is a basic painkiller that I buy for those times for me and my household. What pain? -------------- Tesco paracetamol caplets can be taken for relief of the following mild to moderate the pains: headache, migraine, neuralgia, toothache, sore throat and period pain. It can also be used to relieve the symptoms of rheumatic and muscular aches. Paracetamol can also bring town a feverish temperature. ...  Read the complete review

I really don't see the point of buying expensive branded painkillers when all you want is a paracetamol, so these fit the bill. They are 500mg paractamol tablets and are used for mild pain - headache, cold, period pains, toothache etc. On last weekend's experience, they're not good enough for after root canal surgery, but for general "ouch, something hurts a bit and I'd rather it didn't" then they're great. If you only have a mild problem then you don't really want to swallow a very strong painkiller. These work as well as any other product containing 500mg of paracetamol, basically. You get 2 sheets of 8 tablets, the sort ...  Read the complete review

TESCOS PARACETAMOL CAPLETS 500mg. Effective pain relief. Well having decided to try a cheaper brand of Paracetamol, at 16 p for 16 caplets that works out at 1p per tablet, i didnt quite see any diference in my usual paracetamol tablets, after all a paracetamol is just that a paracetamol. For the relief of mild ro moderate pain and also for the symptons of colds and flu. Always see the enclosed leaflet on any medication that you purchase as it has all the known side effects, and when not to take a particular drug. And never exceed the prescribed dose, which i think that we propbably all know ...  Read the complete review
