Advantages: They are cheap

As someone who often suffers from headaches I like to carry around some form of pain killer with me. I find that for headaches paracetamol works better than ibruprofen or asprin. As I am always carrying tablets about with me I don't want to spend too much on them. That makes these 32p caplets from Tesco perfect. 32p gets you 16 caplets so for an adult that is 8 doses which is 2 full days worth.

The caplets are well packaged in a blue and white cardboard box. The front states that they are 500mg paracetamol caplets which provide effective pain relief. The important information is also written in Braille on the front. The side contains the batch number and the expiry date (on average 2-3 years from the purchase date. The back says that they offer relief for mild to moderate pain including all the usual culprits of headaches, toothache and period pains. There is a leaflet contained inside the packet that provides more information. The dosage for over 12 years is one to two caplets up to four times a day, children 6 to 12 years can have half of one caplet up to four times a day, and this product is not suitable for children under 6. The tablets should not be taken for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.

I find that for my headaches these painkillers often do the job and I would recommend them.
