Therma Care Pain Relieving Heatwraps

I am one of those people blessed with a dodgy back. I can lift heavy weights, do gardening, housework etc. with no problems at all, but just occasionally I do something simple and off it goes! The other day I was stepping over a small tree pot in the garden and felt the familiar sensation - almost as though something snaps at the base of my spine.
