This oil smells quite strongly of anticeptic but in a pleasant way. The oil has lots of uses. For example it can be used in a burner to freshen a room and is particularly good used this way if you have a cold and want to unblock your nose. I also find it useful to simply keep the bottle open by the bed at night if you are suffereing from a blocked nose as it helps free up your breathing a bit during the night.

It can also be used in a bath if you have any cuts or sunburn etc. Only use around 3 drops though for a full bath as it is very concentrated. This is a very popular and effective use for mums after having had a baby to sooth and soreness.

A 25ml bottle goes a long way as you only use a few drops at a time. Any more would make your eyes sting. It is widely available at most chemists and is a useful addition to any medicine cabinet or oil collection.

Summary: Very handy to have
