Advantages: Helps take the edge off a sore throat

Disadvantages: Not so keen on the taste and maybe not as strong as some lozenges

Whenever I get a sore throat I tend to buy a pack of Cherry Menthol Tunes, to be quite honest I don't really like the taste as i'm not really keen on cherries but because these Tunes are quite sweet I can just about eat them and they do help ease my sore throat! I find that these are the best flavour and brand available.

The pack is quite a new style as before they came in a small packet. This new style of packaging is a box, it is made of cardboard and has a flip up lid which is easy to get into and closes easy too, the size of the box is about two and a half inches so it's handy to fit in my handbag.

It says on the pack that the Tunes are made with real fruit juice and contain Vitamin C which is always good. The weight is 37g, I would say you get around 20 of them (that is a very rough guess though so don't hold me to it) To the front of the pack it says sugar free and on the side it gives the nutritional information, per 100g there are 240 kcal.

On the whole I find the Cherry Tunes help my sore throat and because of that I can get past the taste and if you do like cherries you will probably be ok with them. I do prefer them to the honey and lemon variety which no matter what brand I buy I can't seem to find any that taste nice but hey in the end it's better than sitting there with your throat hurting.

Summary: Perfect to help your sore throat and I would say they taste the nicest of all lozenges!
