Herbal oil is a blend of 31 essential oils it contains the following Pure essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Orange, Anise, Citronella, Lemon, Fennel, Cajeput, Mountain Pines, Rosemary, Spearmint, Caraway Seed, Thyme, Cinnamon, Wintergreen, Clove, Juniper Berries, Dill, Sage, Rosewood, Menthol, Ginseng, Maces, Myrrh, Violet, Galganth, Benzone, Melissa and Vanilla are contained in Herbal Oil 31. (the list of ingredients is from the Just website) but I can only see 29 ingredients listed so I am not sure what the others are.

Years ago I was a rep for Just bodycare and I of course ended up with the whole range over the short period I did work with them and can safetly say the one I would recommend above all others is the Herbal oil. I have been using my bottle for two years and its just about to run out.

Its pricey at a whopping £21.95 for a 50ml bottle, but I have used it as a headache cure, a muscle rub, a mouth freshner, to get rid of verrucas. This stuff has endless uses and everyone who knows the product will give you another one you hadn't thought off.

As a headache cure its wonderful, I just rub some onto my temples and across my forehead and wait. It can feel cool or warm depending on the person using it, some people find the sensation uncomfortable but easy does it is recommended until you are used to using it.

If I use it as a muscle rub I add a few drops to a carrier cream, as a rep we were always told to use the Sanactiv cream which is another Just product but I have used it with many a body lotion with the same effect.

As a mouth freshner I have either used a drop on top of my toothpaste in the mornings or a drop on my fingers rubbed over the gums once I have cleaned my teeth. This can be a mind blowing experience so again caution is needed, a drop goes a long way.

I have cured three verrucas with my one bottle apply times a day with a cotton bud, takes a good few weeks but it was easier than other treatments.

Another one I forgot to mention this stuff is amazing for mouth ulcers, I cleared my last one in a day, straight onto the ulcer. Be brave its rather like using salt.

All in all a great product that lasts ages. I am sure Just could bring it below the £20 mark to make it more affordable for everyone.
