I have just discovered something great that is helping me breathe at night (well Alun bought it, but I am writing about it so I can claim a bit of the credit) and is also going to help me sleep better at night even when my cold has passed. It's a new invention form Vicks that I'm sure we will be buying a lot more of in the future! This amazing new thing is Breathe Right Nasal Strips! ~~~What are they? They are plaster like strips that you stick to your nose. You can use them during the night to help you sleep (they can also stop you snoring) and also during the day ~ usually during exercise or when you are really having trouble with a bunged up ... I have been a bit of an on and off snorer for a few years, and occasionally it is really bad (usually after a few to many drinks) so my better half decided to get some of these breathe right strips to see if they would work, as we have tried a few things and none of them seem to work particularily well. I have to admit that i wasnt really sure if these would work or not, as from what i understand abut snoring there are a couple of different types of problem that cause it. The one that I'm pretty sure affects me is a piece of epiglotis that is loose and hangs slightly when you lie down, which interferes with the air passage and vibrates causing ... I will admit that I am a snorer but only when I am ill due to getting very congested. My partner however is free to a good home when he starts. He never used to snore when we first met but in the 3 years that we have been together he has gained a substantial amount of weight and due to having whooping cough when he was a child it scared his lungs and weakend them, so from the pressure on his chest he tends to find it hard to breathe. I have told him for a while that I was going to invest in the nasal strips to see if they actually worked but when I priced them up in boots they were £6 for 4 strips and you can only use them once so I wasn't very ... I've been having a bit of a nose congestion problem recently and according to my husband I always snore when I am asleep. I of course, don't hear it or believe him but apparently it is worse when my nose is blocked up so out of frustration that I cannot take any medicines at the moment (due to the fact that I am pregnant) I decided to buy some of these Breathe Right Nasal Strips in an attempt to get right of the congestion. These are problem a good solution for people who do not like to take medicine or cannot as they are a product you just use outside of your body and are drug free so this is one positive for the strips. The strips are said to ... Read the complete review

I thought I would write this review from my point of view rather than my partner (who is the one using them). I have decided to do it this way because the way I see it, I am the one who truely knows whether or not they are working! My partner has snored for as long as I have known him, and while it hasn't been a major problem in the past, for some reason it has gotten worse over the past few weeks - to the point where it is driving me mad! I bought these breathe right strips after yet another night of barely any sleep, lying awake next to my partner. I paid £5.98 for them - which I though was a bit pricey considering what they are. But I bought ... Read the complete review
