I will admit that I am a snorer but only when I am ill due to getting very congested. My partner however is free to a good home when he starts.

He never used to snore when we first met but in the 3 years that we have been together he has gained a substantial amount of weight and due to having whooping cough when he was a child it scared his lungs and weakend them, so from the pressure on his chest he tends to find it hard to breathe.

I have told him for a while that I was going to invest in the nasal strips to see if they actually worked but when I priced them up in boots they were £6 for 4 strips and you can only use them once so I wasn't very impressed.

Walking through asda 2 weeks ago I had to stop in the medical isle to pick up some medicin and I saw these breathe easy strips which were just over £4 but there were 10 in a pack a lot better value for money in my eyes.

The way that they work is that you place one on the bridge of your nose just above the nasal opening and make sure that they are smoothed down on the skin. What is supposed to happen is that they open the airways to relieve congestion and help you breathe easier which will hopefully eliminate snoring.

Oh yes this worked. I was that interested to see how long they lasted I was awake for 4 hours after he fell asleep waiting for him to snore and he didn't they had worked miracles I didn't have to sleep on the sofa anymore.

By ritual every night he placed one of these strips to his nose and there was no sound to be heard. Then one night he decided to go out to the local pub with friends when he came home he placed a strip on and came to bed. However this night they did not work but the following night they did. I tested this again the following weekend when he went out on a stag do yet again he had had a substantial amount to drink and they did not work.

The other thing that I noticed was the following day after he has wore these he was blowing his nose alot or sniffing as if it was running. I think this was due to the strips releasing the congestion pressure and moving all the nasty germs out of his nasal passages, which in a way is good just can get a little annoying sometimes. I found that this problem did calm down after a few days of using them.

They really work and would advise anyone to invest in them that can not settle to sleep due to someone who is a big snorer or even if you can't settle due to your own snoring, but be aware they will not work if you have had a drink due to how heavy you sleep I think.

Honest give them a try see what you think they have saved me some wrinkles and dark bags under my eyes.
