Nasal spray addiction (Vicks Sinex Nasal Spray)
Member Name: SC
Advantages: very short term relief Disadvantages: quickly addictive, very bad for your health I think Vicks sinex is great stuff, so great in fact that I have been using it for over 20 years . Not only is this stuff increadibly bad for your health ( nose bleeds, liver damage ) to name but a few , but at nearly £4.00 a go, getting through at least 2 -3 a month, well you do the math. I just need to let people know how addictive this stuff can be. There is no addictive chemical added as far as I know, but the wonderfuly open and breath easy feeling you get is the addiction, . As the effect wears off you find yourself using it far more often than you would like, from every 8 hours to every 6 then 4, and hey presto the drug companies have got you again. If you think I am an isolated case, type in "nasal spray addiction" on your computer and you will be in for a nasty surprise!! Summary: look for an alternative |
