I've followed the instructions to the letter. I've checked that the valve/airway on the base which is perhaps supposed to act as a chimney to funnel the vapours out is clear - but the vapours fail to escape from the highest part of the dome to the exit at the lowest part. Bit of a design fault perhaps.
Having tried various different products in different quantities still without success, I've resorted to use using the base without the top to make some use of a very bad investment.

Really suffering with bad cough, sore throat and blocked nose I bought a Vicks Inhalator confident that the neat successor to the old style method of head under a towel over a steaming boil of Vick would do the trick. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Nothing comes out. IT DOESN'T WORK!! I've followed the instructions to the letter.
