Scholl Freeze Wart and Verruca Remover ... used to have a persistent verrucca problem when I was at secondary school. How lovely. I tried the various over-the-counter liquid verruca paints that one could buy at the time (this was the 1980s) but nothing worked. The foot warts got bigger and bigger until most the inside of my left big toe was effectively one giant wart with smaller warts growing on it. Finally I went to see the practice nurse at my local health centre. She daubed the mega-wart with a long cotton-bud dipped in a canister of liquid nitrogen, and froze the blighter off in seconds. Bazuka Gel ... have some stubborn corns and one verruca on the bottom of my feet. I used Scholl verruca gel with very little success but was recommended this by a pharmacist as it is supposed to be more effective. My tube is the kind that you apply on a daily basis for up to twelve weeks, rather than the one-application type that is supposed to freeze the verruca/wart/corn so that it falls off. *Using The Gel* The gel itself is clear so you have to be careful when applying it to the affected area(s) as it is quite strong and can irritate normal skin. Bazuka Gel ... son had acquired a rather ugly looking wart on his finger a few months ago, of which he is not impressed and demanded that I get rid of it immediately . Whilst I explained that a miracle cure is not possible, I trotted off to Tescos to see what they had for such as a problem. I was handed a box which contained a tube of Bazuka gel and trundled back home with it in the hope it worked and put a smile back on my 6 year olds face. ~The product~ The white 5g tube is a lot smaller than I expected and it wasn t exactly cheap either for what I got.
