I was a little skeptical using this product because of the retinol content, but the fact that it contained a sunscreen convinced me that it would be safe for my skin. Living in New Zealand means protection, protection, protection as we expose our skin to some of the most harmful UV rays on earth.
I have now been using Power A for just on a month and I am very happy with the condition of my skin. I have a more even skin tone (I have been prone to redness) and my fine lines have disappeared, also my facial muscles seem more relaxed which is brilliant for crows feet. At this point I must mention that I have been using HR Power A in the morning and Lancome Resolution D-Contraxol at night so it is difficult to tell which product is dealing with my lines (to be honest I don't really care, I am a results based girl and I have my results!). One thing I will say is a couple of my friends have commented on the scent, now I think it is fine but it is present and it may not be to everyones liking. Also there is some shine upon intial application but this does disappear within 20 mins (probably less on dryer skins, I have dry to combination skin).
I am now looking into purchasing more skincare in the HR range as my budget allows.
