Advantages: 5 mini disc changer, recording facilities, its reliable

Disadvantages: erm..iblew the speakers, no tape decks

I have had this stereo now for around 2 years (that long!?) and I can honestly say that this is the best stereo that I have ever had.

Its a silver stereo with a 3 cd changer and a 5 mini disc changer with a radio too, the downfall of it is that it doesn't have any tape decks, but thats not a problem for me as I don't have many tapes, and the fact that you can record onto minidiscs means that this really isn't a problem.

I have never actually had a problem with this stereo n my whole 2 years of owning it (and I do give it a hell of a beating as its on everyday, and mostly allday everyday) although I did blow the speakers that came with it, but in it's defence they were the show speakers in the shop, AND i do have a tendency to play extremely loud music all day, which will be a bit of a strain on the speakers, PLUS I like a lot of bass which also plays havoc with them.

Another added bonus of this stereo (aside from the pretty lights....oooh!) is the fact that it has different recording setting to record from cds to minidiscs, it can record up to 3 minidiscs at once and can record them on different settings. This stereo also has nice effects, which means that you can change from disco to classical, to hall to live at the touch of a button. Lovely.

All in all if you can get your hands on one of these stereos I would thoroughly reccommend it, although I can't speak for the newer models now, my stereo cost around £300 which was bargainous especially for a stereo with 5 mini discs and 3 cds and also for how much use I get out of it and how reliable it has been. Definately worth every penny.
