Advantages: Great features and sound quality
Disadvantages: Slightly bigger than other micro systems
This micro hi-fi system comes with a remote control and two speakers with built in "powered subwoofer". Believe me the subwoofer really makes a difference in volume and bass. The sound quality is really very good and even with the volume turned right up, the quality is still there. I still own this system even with the better ones coming out, this one still stands it's ground. You also get a neat jog dial for ease of use when selecting tracks or changing t-base, equaliser etc..
There are three different equalisers that you can have. They are Jazz, Rock and Pop, you can also turn this feature off. You can notice quite a big change in bass, treble etc. when you change to different equalisers.
The CD drawer is a motorized one and a god speed.
Other features are that it has an optical out-put for minidisc, DVD etc.. plus an aux/video out for television. If you feel the need to listen to music when you are in bed you can put it on sleep timer, there is also a record timer for recording. If you want to record onto a tape, the system has AI editing, which means that it can assess how many tracks it will put your CD to the tape without cutting any tracks short.
