... decided on the Aiwa XHA 1000 hi-fi because I'd had sound systems in the past that distorted when you turned them up a bit.. not good when you're partying or competing with neighbours.. its always good to have the option of a bit of noise, if required. Aiwa NSX-SZ50 ... NSX-V400 Mini Music System I bought this system just over a year ago and I am all praises. At PDS135.00, at the time, it was a great deal. Prices for this model or the equivalent new model are probably cheaper now. This one has a single CD player but I could have got almost the identical model with 3 CD player for about PDS50.00 more. It also has a double cassette player with continuous play, FM/MW/LW digital radio, 70 Watt speakers (although I was disappointed that these we’re made in the Czech Republic instead of Japan), Surround system, 4 preset graphic equalizer and a host of other specs. Aiwa Z-L100 ... all the DJ-ing hopefuls out there, I suggest you look at this product; the AIWA ZL100, to at least see what it is like. Straight away, this hi-fi system caught my eye because of the attachment of a DJ system. This system has everything you expext it to have, plus more. It has the standard random/repeat options and the double cassette deck. It also has a 3 CD autochanger, which has helped me many times, as i can not usually decide to listen to, and use the random mode, to automatically choose my CD. Aiwa NSX-SZ40 ... is a great Midi system at a good price! Being the great music lover that I am (I have over 150 CD albums!), I wanted a midi that was well built. I myself am not too keen on all this 'smaller is better' phrase, I prefer a midi that is big and has 2 cassette desks instead of one. I have had this midi system for a few months now due to the fact that my old CD player stopped reading my CDs! I purchased this one from Comet for around about £130, which is really good for what it gives!
