The mxj m300 is a great all round hi-fi system.It is not too complicated to use,and has a good appearance.The colour scheme has been carefully tailored so that it will appeal to most consumers and in a neutral style so its not too modern or too 'teenage'.It has a style that would fit in with all sectors of socioty. Inside the mxj 300 there is the standard features that you would expect on a hi-fi system,such as tape,radio ect.It has a good power(watts) so it is good for kids to play oxide and neutrino at full pelt,but also t play smooth oldies and classical music at a calming volume. This stereo is everything that you should expect from a JVC. I own two and they are both very nice machines with great sound. This model in particular is very nice and has a great sound. It has many sound options so you can make the sound just the way that you want. The tape player is easy to use and tape to tape dubbing is also easy. The instruction manual is clear and easy to use but with so many buttons I find myself referring back to the manual many times. It has a triple cd player and is easy to load cd's into. We had a JVC stereo system for 10 years without a problem - then the CD player had a few problems - so it was time to upgrade. We decided to stick with JVC because of the reliability with our old system. We chose this particular model because of the features. Cd Player This features three cd trays. The CD's will be played in order 1 - 2 - 3 unless you choose otherwise, this is continuous play. There is a random function which will choose tracks from any cd in no particular order.
