I've had this hifi system in my kitchen for about 2 months now. I have to say it's brilliant in many ways. I'm very please with it. I'm an average consumer and music listener - and to me the sound quality is really very good - enough bass and generally nice to listen to and has many different eq settings (as do most modern players). This really is a good quality consumer system - it may not cut it for those who want the perfect, latest technology in sound (not an average consumer) - but for just listening to music anywhere in your house it really does sound nice.
