Superb system, lots of features and very compact (Panasonic SC-PM 03)

Advantages: Blue display, easy to use Disadvantages: Radio aerial can struggle picking up signal clearly - interference is a problem One of the best stereos I have owned....... and yes, I have had it 7 years and don't want to replace it! I bought this with birthday money (!) when I was at university as I wanted a small but stylish CD player and radio. I never use cassettes and now I'm so glad it does not have a cassette deck!!! The 2 x 14 Watt speaker output is not massive but plenty load enough for my living room and the top loading CD player is somewhat annoying - I have to move my ornament that tends to sit on top - but really I cannot complain. the quality of the CD mechanism is way superior to the littl eplastic tray that usually shoots out of the front of similar systems!!! The buttons are easy to see and use and the small remote works from a very wide angle to control the system. I love the fact that it is a shiny silver colour and the light wood speaker surrounds match my lounge furniture. My favourite part is the blue display - the hello and goodbye greetings really make you feel it is a friend ;) An excellent purchase - if it ever breaks and I have to get a new one, I don't know what I'd get! Summary: A great little system, has lasted me well
