	Philips MCB204 DAB ... bought the philips about 12 months ago to mainly use in the kitchen as it had dab, cd & tape (which seems quite a rara combination). So I would only need the 1 unit to playback any media type. It looks great and much better quality than to be expected for the price so it s great value. The remote is featured packed (although you cannot control the tape with it). The speakers are incased in wood and great to look at and also very much bass sound to them. The display and settings are a bit limited but then the fact it has dab and a cd which can play mp3 are great. 	Philips FW M589 ... ve had this system for a few years now, saved up from my paper round, which took quite a while when it was new on the market! One thing to take notice is that it still works perfectly, sound is still as clear as the day I bought it, all the different features on the unit still work. However, due to water damage, the buttons on the remote don t exactly do what they re supposed to, the bottom half seem to choose anything but the noted function. But that s entirely my fault. I have put this system through alot, moved it from university halls to back home every holiday, yet it s never broken on me and even with the inefficience of amplifiers, never had a problem with heat (... 	Philips DCM230 ... from plug in the aerials, mains lead and the correct i-pod adapter. Although I mainly use the i-pod feature it does also have a radio, unfortunately not a DAB and the included aerial is poor, getting a decent reception is nigh on impossible. If you can get a signal it does have RDS. The cd feature is front loading slot in. Disappointingly it only supports wma and mp3, which isnt great for a system advertised for anything up to £199. I paid around £130 from Selfridges which is a more realistic price. One other thing Philips could have included was the Streamium feature, its only since buying other Philips products that I ve realised this could have been an advantage....
