... bought the Philips MCB204 a few days ago for my daughters bedroom. Its a really sleek and stunning piece of kit for the price. You d expect to pay almost the asking price just for a dab radio let alone all the great extras included such as usb memory stick support, CD ( including MP3/WMA-CD and rewritable ones) plus a tape deck just for good measure. Philips Wacs700 ... a useless bit of kit,does not connect to stations even after updating firmware,philips after care is nothing but useless,i have had two the wac700 + wacs750 + both had same problem,the wacs750 is a great bit of kit if only you could open the box + it works,but it doesn t.i purchased a wac700 in sept 07 it worked ok for 6 months,then i unplugged it + from that day up until now + even changing the system for a wacs750 there is still no connection to a station in another room,i am not the only one trying,the shop where i purchased it from has been round to my house downloaded firmware + still it does not work,at the moment we are trying to connect it to my home broadba... Philips MC M277 ... love Philips products and did have a previous Philips HiFi before getting this one but i wanted another HiFi for a different room. I saw this one and just loved the design. The price was putting me off slightly at near £100 but now i have it, i m so glad i spent the money. Firstly the CD player, this is the main feature of it. The front cover slides up so you can put the CD in, it slides so smoothly and quietly. CDs play excellent as well. The sound is brilliant at all different volumes. As well as being a basic CD player, this HiFi also has a USB port so you can connect MP3 players and flash drives with music files on. It will play both WMA and MP3 files. I often use... Philips FW M377 ... I opened this I was a bit shocked at the size. It was very bulky - a lot bigger than my old cd player. However, when I set it up it fitted on the table perfectly. The 3 cd changer was useful, because you don t have to keep changing discs constantly. There is a Max sound button so you can control how much bass the music has. This system is good for playing MP3 discs because you don t have to go through all the songs; you can flick through all the albums on your disc. You can also plug in microphones and headphones.
