Don't buy this one, I bought a complete system from Comet which included this Hi Fi, what a mistake. The system consisted of a 28" TV, video, satelite decoder & Hi Fi. The Hi Fi is needed to produce the suround sound.

The cassette doors open too easily making dusting a nightmare. The 3 disc changer started to fail after a month, first one disc would not work, then the second went down & within 6 months all three would not work. Comet were very good & had it fixed. Within the next six months the same thing happened again. it was fixed again. Just after the 1 year guarentee ran out, guess what it happened again.

Now 18 months after I bought it, it became unusable.

The unit itself when it worked was OK not great but OK, if you are looking for good sound quality this just does not cut the mustard.

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. as this was part of a package I do not know the cost, but would not recomend it to anyone!
