Sony DAV DZ260S ... just bought this yesterday so am excited to be writing the first review for it! Wow, this system will not leave you disappointed! I bought it for £150 in the sale which I know was a bargain as I had my eye on it when it was £300 near Christmas. Average price for this is £150- 200 now depending on where you go. The first thing I have to say is that is is very easy to install, the manual and instruction sheet are both very clear in terms of pictures and instructions. Also, all the socket places and wire holders are colour coded so you know which speaker/ wire goes where. I really liked this, as electric installation has always been a weak point of mine. Harman/Kardon HS 200 ... bought this surround sound after i bought my tv( i have a samsung tv) and its the best thing i could have ever bought. Me and my husband love watching films and listening to music this is the ideal thing for anyone to have if u also like music and films. The large speakers can be put anywhere in the room and sounds like your in the cinema its fantastic. The sub woofer is the best thing ever as when you listen to a song you can hear the real beat,it just makes any music sound perfect. The only problem with this sub woofer is the louder you put it on the more it rocks the doors and windows but what a fab thing to have when your having a party. The dvd player is also fa... Sony HT SF1300 ... excellent piece of home theatre kit from Sony. With all the usual and expected DTS, 5.1ch surround, HDMI inputs/outputs etc this is a comprehensive system. What sets it apart from the rest, is its ease of use and sound quality. Dealing with the former, the manual make this system very easy to set up. I have it connected to a DVD player, TV, Sky+ box, Wii and computer (wirelessly via an Apple Airport) and all worked first time with no problem. The unit even picks up the quality of the signal being received (e.g. 44khz etc). In relation to the latter, the sound quality is excellent. Watching DVDs, the surround sound is fantastic.
