... bought this lg home theatre system to go with my lg tv and my xbox 360 and the combination is perfect but it wasnt cheap at £699. This set includes a dvd player 4 centre channel speaker at 40 cm x 9.5 cm x 11 cm, centre speaker at 40 cm x 9.5 cm x 11 cm and a subwoofer at 23 cm x 43 cm x 41 cm. Samsung HT Q20 ... ve had the HT Q20 as the main speaker system in my bedroom for a couple of years now (I have a large bedroom ;)), and it s been absolutely sublime for what I paid for it (£179 I think). I ve been very impressed with the audio quality its self - I mean I m no audiophile, but I know what sounds reasonable. It does a good job of sort of surrounding me with music, which in my opinion a surround sound system SHOULD do. We have a newer Panasonic system in our living room that s atrocious for music - not much better than the TV its self. It s attached to either my TV or my laptop/iPod, depending on what I m doing. Sony DAV DZ260 ... is a brilliant set up for the money, I managed to get this in a sale for the price of £120 what a bargain. This was really easy plug and play job, took about 20 mins to plug it all in and set it up. This thing is feature packed, but simple enough for even an av novice like me to use. The sound quality is brilliant and once prologic is switched on it creates a really nice soundstage, the sub kicks out a massive amount of rich deep bass which is really nice especially when playing music. I had mine connected to a Samsung HD tv and was really impressed with the dvd upscaling feature, the picture quality was alot better than I expected. I had mine connected to my pc aswe... Sony DAV IS10 ... have had this unit for about a year now and am fairly happy with it. The look of it is excellent with it all finished of in a very stylish black. The satellite speakers are very small, about the size of a golf ball and they look good too. The up scaling feature on this unit is pretty good although not a patch on a blue-ray player. The sound quality on this system is the best I have heard from this type of all in one system with the subwoofer giving out some serious bass and the small speakers more than showing that size really does not matter. On the down side I am not too impressed with slide in DVD slot which although looks good, does not seem to take the disk too wel...
