We found the unit was easy to install - simply plug a couple of leads in and you're done! The speakers all come with ample cable to position them where you want even if your living room is quite large!

The Panasonic SC HT870 is a very impressive 5.1 surround sound system. The sound quality produced is excellent and really takes films to a new level. The whole system (the main unit and the speakers) are silver in colour and all look very professionally finished - Panasonic have obviously spent a lot of time designing the speakers as they fit-in very well in the living room and don't seem at all out of place. The main unit can be used to play a variety of DVDs and also receive radio broadcasts which is useful for picking up local stations.
