      I love it!

I bought this system a year ago, and I'm not a really technical person, but I can tell you about all the great things it does!

S-master digital amplifier (1200W)S-DIAT wireless rear speakers means you get great surround sound, without wires trailing across the floor. I thought the infra red transmission might have a delay, but it's perfect!

BRAVIA theatre sync - you can synchronise your Sony Bravia TV with the sound system, so that when you switch the TV on or off the sound system does the same.

Movie/music mode - the system has preset sound modes for different types of movie, so if you're watching Moulin Rouge you can select the appropriate mode to get the best sound. Obviously if you're watching something like The Grudge, you want the sound set up to be a little more subtle from behind you, so there is a mode for these types of film too.

Auto calibration - using the microphone (included) the system will automatically detect the distances between the speakers and calibrate the sound balance accordingly.

Multi speaker formation - you can choose which speakers you want to be active: front only, front & central, front & rear but no central, and so on.

MP3/JPEG/DIVX playback - the DVD player recognises all these file formats

      Other features include:

      HDMI output (upscale to 720/1080i)
      Digital media port
      S-master digital amplifier(total 1200w)
      RDS tuner FM20/AM10 presets
      PAL progressive scan
      Portable audio enhancer
      A/V sync

I would explain these too if I knew how!

The speakers look really stylish and can either be wall mounted or there are stands included with the system. The stands are height adjustable too.

I have this coupled to a Bravia 46" TV, and our friends now joke that we're running the village IMAX!

For complete one-touch control when connected to a BRAVIA TV, simply enable BRAVIA Theater Sync. The wireless digital infra-red audio transmission allows speakers to be up to 10 meters away from the transmitter.
